We are currently shipping only where United States Postal Office service ships to.

We promise never to rent, sell, or share your personal information. Our website also has the option to check out as a guest, which never allows your information to be retained, except to process your order. We are currently using only United States Postal Services. We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail and Next Day Express mail by the United States Postal Service. We provide free shipping for orders over $50.00. All other orders will be charged according to weight via USPS .

Rates and Delivery Time

Standard shipping rate which takes 1 day for packaging and approximately 2 to 7 days via US post office. We cannot guarantee approximate time for delivery via United State Post Office. Orders under $50.00 will be charged acording to the weight of the product via USPS. (Please Note: Most orders qualify for free shipping!)
Express Next Day Shipping—guaranteed overnight delivery by noon or by 3:00pm to most destinations. All express mail will be processed the same day if received before 12:00 noon EST (Eastern Standard Time).
*** Any order received after 12 noon EST will be sent the following business day, with delivery time for overnight delivery by noon or 3:00pm the next day to most areas.
Prices for Express Mail  starts at $19.95 and up depending on weight and destination.

Delivery times guide:

Standard shipping takes 1 day for packaging plus 2 to 7 days transit time excluding Sundays. (Allow up to 24–48 hours for processing the order, plus 3 to 7 days of shipping depending on the destination.)

Express Mail: If you need your order sooner, Express mail provides next day service by 12:00 noon. Orders need to be received before 12:00 noon to be processed and shipped that same day, or it will be shipped the following business day. Please note that these guidelines do not apply when specified otherwise on product web page.

Returns: How to return an item
We hope you are satisfied with your order, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will issue a refund to products that are not damaged or opened. Please notify Diabetes  Peoples's  HealthStore 1, by e-mail at cs@diabetespeoples.com within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. We will only accept unopened and undamaged items for a refund within 30 days, so please package the return package to avoid damage when returning the product. We do not pay for the return postage. Please check your order when you receive it. If you are not satisfied, please e-mail us within 24 hours and we will e-mail you instructions on how to return your products for a prompt refund. Customer satisfaction is our goal!

Yes, we send you by e-mail the order confirmation and the invoice for your review.
